We were given a brief by our tutors which was to create a piece of artwork that was to be inspired by the Dulwich Picture Gallery, 'What are you Like?" exhibition. The exhibition was a collaboration between The House of Illustration and Dulwich Picture Gallery which brought together an eclectic group of public figures, each contributing a 'self-portrait' composed of their favourite things.

I researched the public figures involved, and started sketching up things that were meaningful to me. My final piece can be seen above.
